Missing my bronzer...and bathing suit =(

Hey y'all! so its December =/ I hate winter the only good thing is the holidays. I'm such a summer person its nto even funny so I've been missing my bronzer becasue I thnki wearing bronzer in winter is a little silly because its supposed to warm up your skin and look tan right? so I found a solution! I'm going to really play up my cheeks and I wanted to share! lol So I bought NYC's Color Wheel of blush and its really pretty becasue it has patches of diffrent colors and I love it! so I sweep it onto the apples of my cheeks with my EcoTools Blush Brush and I take it from my apples to my ear then sweep it up and down my temple and under my jaw bone. Next, I take a shimmery white highlighter, I use Too face's Snow Bunny and try and get more of the white powder and put that on top of my cheeks, under my eye and curve it so I start about mid eye and blend it up, then I bought a darker blush that has a more richer red in it to contour and with that, I take my finger and make a fishy face and follow under it until i hit my ear and thats where I contour.

Hope this brings you out of the horrible coldness =( lol but it's almost christmas!! yay!

Hot Holiday Nails!

Hey y'all! So b4 I get started on the look, i I just wanted 2 say b a follower or leave comments! If u have any questions at all or want me to do a special post just say so! =)

So on to the look lol, I was reading my December 17 mag and they had a nail look that was a sparkley gold ombre nail but this is my twist: First off, you can do any colors you want for any holiday or just for a fun look! so first, i'm going to your 4 color as a springy look. I start with a pink glittery pink and paint it in a medium size line at the base of my nail the when its semi dry, take a SMALL amount of clear top coat and pressing into the line drag down towards the tip so the pink spreads and looks ombre! then you repeat with any other colors you would like! =) The second look it the holiday look! theres to types you can do, the first is doing the same as the above look with any holiday colors you like and do the same steps as above but then with the second color do the steps at the TIP opf the nail and brag towards the bottom of the nail so its like a cool ombre colliding look!

Awesome Super-duper trend!!!

Hey y'all so I love this trend that I think is becoming a classic: The Statement Necklace! I love it soo much because if you have a lazy day when all you want to wear jeans, uggs, and a white long sleeve-t but not look like you tried a little wear a statement necklace! It instantly dresses up an outfit and brings attention to your face and makes your outfit look instantly Flash and Glam!! So the foundation for an awesome statement necklace out fit is jeans, boots, ugg slippers or flip flops, and a solid color t (preferably white, black, or grey just because these are neutral colors) and of course your necklace! New Years/ Holiday party outfit and make up!

Hey y'all so OMG i'm sooo sorry! I've totally neglected my blog so alot of posts r coming soon! so Happy late Thanksgiving!! anddd Christmas is coming soon! i'm so excited! lol so with the holidays coming means PARTIES!! So here's a look for a New Year party or any other holiday party!

So the top is a navy blue flowy/drapey top tucked into a silver highwaisted stretchy skirt or a silver sequin skirt!

If you do choose the grey skirt you could buy a statement belth with suilver jewels or something and a smaller statement necklace. If you choose the sequin skirt, get a huge chuncky statement necklace!


For make up, a silver icy look with a navy blue liner will make your eyes pop even in a blizzard! So, line your eyes with a navy blue jewel liner then pack on a silver pigment on your lids and blend it out towards your brow bones then put some navy liner ontop of the lids close to the lash line and smudge out, then fololow with some black like and even some false lashes?? lol =) as for lips, since your doing such a flashy look, hehe, do a matte nude lip with lipstick and if you like lip gloss, and some nude gloss over top! =) awesome!

Make up orginization and storage

Hey y'all so i've been crazy busy so I wanted to talk about how you can store your make up brushes. I was doing some googling and I found this idea, take a vase or a cute jar and put whatever decoration you want on it and fuill it with any color of glass rocks. then just stick your brushes bristle side up into the rocks and they'll stay sticking up! I bought a clear vase thats round at the bottom and goes in at the top with a lip that flips out and tied some hot pink satin ribbon around the neck and filled it with pink rocks! =) So cute! Then for Make up I bought a nail polisdh rack that you can buy off of Ebay and I put pigments and shadows along the rows , then I can see my shadows and their colors easily. I also organize then by colors. I do colors going from dark to light so black to purple to blue to green.... etc. and within each color I organize the colors by shades so in the brown sectn. I do dark chocolate brown up to the lightest brown so like a champaigne color. For mascara and tools I bought a plastic mini 3 drawer thingy that has 3 drawers and I store Mascara in the top, tools in the middle and bobby pins and hair bands in the bottom. Then under the sink is extra soap, shampoo, face wash, and just extras of things i've bought. and in my cabinet on the wall I have 4 shelves. On the first is make up that I use everyday in a little plastic tray/box that I just take out everyday and make up I dont usually use and boxes from makeup so when I go to buy more I have the shade and price. the next shelf is make up bags, then hair stuff like products I dont use everyday and curlers etc. then the top and last shelf is nail polish and nail stuff. NEW product reviews!! MAC and More!

Hey y'all so I haven't posted in a while and I got 3 new products! I got 2 Benefit powder boxes and the second a MAC brush!

So I went to my Ulta and bought the Benefit Perfect 10 boxed powder! It's ahmazing! lol and the Thrrrob boxed powder. THe Perfect 10 is a bronzer highlight duo so its a 2-in-1 product! the highlighter is a pretty soft pink color and you just have to sweep your brush once so you get both colors on the brush at once! Thrrrob is a really pretty soft pink color that has a TINY bit of shimmer in it. It says on the box that it's supposed to give you that "turned on look" and it's a really pretty alternative to blush. I'm going to use it with the bronzer side  of the Perfect 10 when it gets warmer out . They were both $28.00 at Ulta and Sephora!

The last product I bought was the MAC 168 Large Angled Contour Brush for $32.00. It has a soft white angled top with a a black wooden handle. I love this brush for contouring the cheeks and forehead. It's deff one of my must-have brushes.

SO have fun with make up and I deff recommend buying these products just as an everyday sparkle to your make up routine!

September and October favorites!

Hey y'all!  so as promised, here are my september and october favorites!

• So I dont usually wear eyeshadow but this week i wore some everyday! lol and I have to say Urban Decay Primer Potion is a God sent!!!! like I put my eyeshadow on at 6 am went to school, and by 10 pm it was still on it hadnt budged a bit! its ahmazing!
• My mom ordered Clinique make up and she got a freebee of  a baby black High Impact Mascara and gave it to me. I love this before I got this I would use rimmel sexy curves then layer it with lash blast and this mascara does that only in one step! Love this! $14.00 @ Clinique.com
• The other day I went to the grocerys tore and wanted a new lipstick so I bought a Revlon lipstick in soft nude and I love it! I have fair skin but with warmer tones not as pink so kind of olive fair mix lol and it looks amazing on me! lol I love this I think it was $5.00 maybe? I love it and it stays on for a long time!
• So these past 2 months i've been OBSESSED with scarfs! they're the perfect accessorie! you can wear a white long sleeve v neck shirt with jeans and Uggs and stay warm to with a comfy bright scarf! oh and you can pair it with a knit beenie! love those too! $9.50 @ Old Navy!

and I'm loving Sobe LifeWater, I'm trying to drink less soda and train for cheerleading so I've benn drinking these because I dont like the taste of water and these are yummy =) 0 calories =)

New Miley Video??

Hey y'all so i;m so sorry I haven't posted in a while I've been crazy busy, but anyway, so have you seen Miley's new video?? It's called Who Owns My Heart and I think its her European single which explains me not hearing it lol. So i watched it the other day and it's a little scandalous like I know she's trying to break away from Disney but I think this is a little much, I mean she's walking around in her panties with heels and a tank top, then shes like grinding with guys and girls in the club scene. I absolutley love the song but I think the video is a little much. She still has fans that are younger so I think she should probably tone it down lol Oh and btw any1 watching Glee! ahh OBSESSED with that show! posts coming soon about that! lol

Love is Louder.

Hey y'all so as you've probably heard about the recent suicide of Tyler Clementi, who attended Rutgers University, comitted suicide after being humiliated and bullied because of his sexual orientation. I think this is absolutley DISGUSTING. People may not agree with other peoples choices or beliefs but that's someones choice not yours, let people live their lives and bite your tongue if you don't agree. It's horrible that Tyler felt that his only escape from this bullying for being who he is was suicide. He was only 18! I hope what happened to Tyler really opens peoples eyes about bullying and how much of an impact it can cause on people. Here's some other accounts from Abcnews.com of teens taking their lifes:
Seth Walsh, a 13-year-old from Tehachapi, Calif., hanged himself from a tree in his backyard. Authorities say other teens had taunted the boy for being gay. He died Tuesday afternoon after nine days on life support.
Asher Brown, 13, an eighth-grader in Houston, fatally shot himself in the head last week after enduring what his mother and stepfather said was constant harassment from four other students at his school for being gay.
They were only only 13! It's so sad that these boys being so young were tourmented so much that they felt the only way out was suicide. In i think last months Seventeen Magazine, there was a spread called "Letters to Pheobe" that were letters from readers to Pheobe Prince, a new student who was bullied and tormented so much she killed herself.

Homecoming dresses!

Hey y'all so homecoming is around the corner and everyone is dress shopping but this year instead of buying a new dress I'm wearing my dress from last year! only i'm putting my own twist on it! It's chocolate brown, a-line, strapless and so cute! lol So I wore it last year with a baby pink silk ribbon around the wait so this year i'm going to put leapard print fabric on the bust part then put a pink silk ribbon and wrap it around 3 or 4 times where the leopard ends. I;m going to wear it with gold heels that I love!
So don't be afraid to buy a plain dress and spice it up tp make it your own!

Halloweeenn!!! =)

Hey y'all1 so Halloween is coming up in about a month! I'm sooo excited! it's one of my most favorite holidays of the year! so at my school during homecoming week we sometimes have a costume day and my 2 friends and I are gonna dress up as something so one of my friends wants us to be cowgirls but idk lol but I want us to be dolls. So for Halloween i'm gonna dress up as a doll and the make up look!
Hey! so for the eyes I'm using my N.Y.C. Color Wheel blush that has patches of diffrent shades of blush and I'm using the darkest pink on the lids with the lightest on the brow bones. Then, I use false lashes to give that doll look and i use Sexy Curves waterproof mascara by Revlon and do a couple coats then once that dries I use CoverGirl Lash Blast on top. then I take that same blush pallette and using an eyeshadow brush take the same darkest blush and put it in a circle on the apples of my cheeks. Then for the lips, I nude out my lips with MAC's studio sculpt concealer and wipe off the concealer in the shape of really small lips like Lady Gaga wore in her Paparazzi video then put SUPER pink lipstick and fill it in. Now, if you want to, you can take black eyeliner and draw 2 lines going down from each side of the small lips then a line connecting the 2 verticle lines then smudge on both sides of the black line to make it fade out and give you that ventriliquist (spelling? lol) doll look. for hair im going to curl my hair and put it to the side and put a pink bow in it. Not to sure about the outfit yet.

Brusher, brushes, brushes!

188 Short Duo Fibre Face Brush
$34.00 from MAC

Hey y'all so I just wanted to talk about make-up brushes today. Having high-quality make-up brushes are a MUST. I just started using MAC and I bought the 188 Short Duo Fiber Face Brush for $34.00. I use it with my Studio Fix Fluid Foundation every morning and I love it you just have to make sure you clean it EVERDAY after you use it! I wish I would've liked the larger version of this brush but didn't realize there was a larger version. This brush does do a good job of applying foundation with medium to full coverage but it does streak because when it gets wet from the foundation, the ends of the bristles clump together so it strreaks some, just make sure you pat your skin with your fingertips where the steraks are to blend them out. Also, I can't stress how important it is to use MAC's Brush Cleanser. Don't use baby shampoo or your shampoo or a mixture you find on the internet! I used a mixture i found on youtube and it made my brush get fly aways because it dried out the natural hairs of the brush making them curl! So use MAC's brush cleanser because it is made to clean the brushes and take care of them and nourish the natural hairs of the brush. Also, I noticed, WHen I used the "mixture" it didn't get all of the foundation off of the brush but when I used the cleanser it got ALL of the foundation and color off of the white brush end!

So experiment with brushes that you like and products!

Basically Basics... With a Twist!



My favorite new ring! $5.80 from Forever21!



Hey y'all! So todays post is about basics! I love styling an outfit with basics spiced up with hot accessories and shoes!! Today, i'm wearing a grey v-neck cami thats kind of loose and long with a hot pink sweater with the sleeves pushed up to my elbows, jeans, white flip flops, a necklace from forever21 that has 3 chains the top with a flower the second pearls and the third a metal heart charm that says piece on it. And of course my favorite new ring from forever21!! So I have 3 outfit ideas with basics, the first a navy blue weater with a navy blue and white sweater paired with jeans and boots! so cute and comfy! The next, I got out of my Seventeen Magazine, It's a black t-shirt (or any other color!) wiht a red cotton skirt, and a vintage brown, leather belt (like the kind oyu get at Hollister). Last is my favorite outfit! It's a white tunic with a  skinny red, patent leather belt to cinch in your wait, with jeggings and red, pointed toe flats! so chic! What's your favorite basic outfit? let me know!

New Product and review!! Viva Glam Gaga Lipstick!!!

Hey y'all!!! So i'm SO excited about the new product I got last night! I had ordered the brush cleanser and the Viva glam gaga lipstick because MAC was having free shipping on your ENITIRE order! So I decided to order the Gaga lipstick because it's a limited edition product and I love lady gaga and the color looked soo pretty online! So I got it yesterday in the mail ad I was kind of disappointed because the tube is smaller than on the but o well lol.the inside is really cool because the covered part iof the bottom tube is red with lady gagas signiture on it! yay! The color is semi sheer so you can layer it on about 2 shades for a bright barbie bubble gum pink and I LOVE IT!!!!!!! lol like i love it soo much its gorgeous! lol and it lasts a while too! I would deff. recomend this just because over all its an awesome product that is worth having in your collection! If you get this I hope you enjoy it!
